Education & Training Resources (ETR) is the current contract management for Northlands Job Corps. We are headquartered in Bowling Green, Kentucky. We are a partner with the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Job Corps and local Workforce Investment Boards for the management and operation of Job Corps Centers and customized workforce development programs that serve both youth and adults. We design and deliver a variety of customized education, career technical training, and employment related services for both our students and federal, state and local partners.

We are a qualified Workforce Development Company with over 25 years of experience in managing both residential and non-residential workforce development programs, including Job Corps Centers, WIA Youth and Adult Programs, Summer Youth Employment Programs, School-to-Work Transition Programs, and Welfare-to-Work (TANF) Transition Programs. ETR's organizational strength is defined within the Company's Mission Statement, which is "to provide meaningful and quality education, training, and employment services to disadvantaged youth and adults that leads to opportunities for their professional growth and personal self-sufficiency."

We manage projects and provide training with a goal of helping our students pursue high growth and high demand careers. We collaborate with a variety of youth organizations, workforce development entities, as well as secondary and post-secondary educational institutions in order to help our students fulfill their professional career goals.
