| Dearborn STEM Academy is a Boston Public School and BPE Teaching Academy serving grades 6-12. Our goal is for all Dearborn students to be prepared to enter a purposeful, wealth-building career six years after high school graduation, and to access the incredible STEM opportunities available to them here in Boston. Dearborn is home to a full-inclusion Emotional Impairment program and a Cape Verdean Creole SEI and SLIFE program. As a Teaching Academy, our school serves as a training site for both aspiring teachers participating in the Boston Teacher Residency and the Dudley Promise Corps, a neighborhood-based AmeriCorps service program. All members of our community work collaboratively to enact ambitious teaching and learning in service of student achievement goals. |
