Welcome to Samuel Morey Elementary!
Samuel Morey Elementary School is a preK-6 grade public elementary school in the Rivendell District.

Rivendell Interstate School Distrist was the first K-12 interstate school district in the United States. It is now a preK-12 school district and serves three Vermont towns (Fairlee, West Fairlee and Vershire) and one New Hampshire town (Orford).

Rivendell is located in the picturesque four-season Upper Valley near Dartmouth College and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. The District also includes beautiful Lake Morey and Lake Fairlee and has a 37-mile hiking trail that connects the four towns.

There are a number of higher education institutions close to our towns, including: Dartmouth College, Plymouth State University, Community College of Vermont, Norwich University, Vermont College of Fine Arts, and Goddard College.
