Commitment, knowledge, spiritual and moral consciousness shall be integral inspiration and focus to ensure the success and prosperity of future generations. We desire to help students become leaders and lifelong learners who love and respect their community, and feel empowered to make positive changes through the educational experiences provided by the Dr. William H. Horton Family. MISSION The administrative team, staff, parents and community members at the Dr. William H. Horton Elementary School believe that all students can achieve success through an academically challenging and socially enriching environment which appreciates a culturally diverse population. We encourage the exploration of their inner strengths to develop outward creativity. As a result of the rigorous, academic and social programs provided at Dr. William H. Horton Elementary School it is our goal to equip all students with the skills necessary to uplift the community in which they live. |
