Job Description

Position Summary:

The Success Center Site provides a learning center to address the needs of our students enrolled in our virtual schools. The Coordinator will utilize their talents to manage day-to-day operations of the center including: student management, parent communication, evaluation of instructional delivery, customer
service, hiring/training staff, and creating social activities while maintaining a children first mentality.



• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
• Teaching & Training experience (Texas Certified)
• Technology Literate (especially Microsoft Office & Google Docs)

• Minimum of 3+ years of related experience in leadership/management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills; works collaboratively with others
• Demonstrate strong ethics, tack, and empathy, with ability to build relationships
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and plan multiple tasks in an effective manner
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Plan/Conduct workshops 2 to 3 times a week for students
• Plan and implement monthly activities to invite families out to the center
• Analyze center data for effectiveness and make needed changes accordingly
• Ensure student safety at all times
• Implement ideas/activities/recognitions to create a fun learning environment
• Conduct periodic observations and provide constructive feedback to tutors
• Appropriately address team members who continuously fail to follow expectations/Praise those who do
• Schedule, Verify, and Approve hours/payroll
• Assist with recruitment and interviewing of potential team members
• Train team members on all procedures/protocols
• Conduct team and student orientation with Director
• Assist with recruitment and interviewing of potential team members

• All other related duties as assigned
