| About Us Brockton High School is a safe, supportive environment that provides 4,300 students with the knowledge, skills, values and behaviors necessary to become responsible and productive members of a diverse society. Instruction focuses on enabling students to demonstrate the literacy skills of reading, writing, speaking and reasoning and preparing them to participate actively as citizens in a technologically advanced society. Staff is committed to enhancing intellectual and emotional connections through a personalized approach in both instruction and interpersonal relationships. Our school encourages and fosters positive, working relationships with students, families and the community. Brockton High School focuses on two primary goals: improving academic achievement and creating a more personalized learning environment for all students. Efforts to achieve these goals have been guided by a 30-member Restructuring Committee consisting of faculty from all disciplines and school administrators. |
