ATX Learning is seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) near Egypt, Indiana. We are looking for motivated and energetic person who can share his/her knowledge & experience with the students and can guide them in making their future bright Duties and Responsibilities: •Prevention of communication disorders (like speech, language, voice, hearing loss, cleft palate, Cerebral palsy autism, developmental delays, traumatic brain injuries and other motor problems and learning disabilities etc.) •Assessment of students’ communication skills. •Advocacy for teaching practices. •Development and implementation of IEPs. •Counsel and involve parents in remedial process. •Collaboration with teachers and other professionals. •Evaluation of the results of comprehensive assessments. •Participation in research projects. •Communication with colleagues, students and parents regarding therapy goals and needs. Qualifications: •Master’s degree in speech pathology or related field. •Professional License as Speech-Language Pathologist. •Must have license from Indiana Professional Licensing Agency. •ASHA certificate. |
