Somerville Food and Nutrition Services is committed to providing high quality, nutritious, and innovative meals for students and staff throughout the school year and the summer. The Food Service Director and Assistant Food Service Director are responsible for making sure school breakfast, lunch and snack programs are compliant with the regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and offer the best nutrition in the most appealing way to the more than 3,000 students and staff who eat breakfast and lunch in the Somerville Public Schools every day. |
