As a valued partner of the Orleans Southwest Supervisory Union, the Rural Arts Collaborative cultivates vibrancy in our region. We value art, recreation, technology, and sustainability in our programs, activities, and events. WonderKids Afterschool Program will provide afterschool and summer enrichment for the students of the Orleans Southwest Supervisory Union. WonderKids Afterschool utilizes the synergy of schools, families, and community resources to expand opportunities for youth during out-of-school hours. WonderKids manages the business aspects of afterschool (staffing, financial management, program development, and quality assurance) and organizes community resources to provide dynamic, fun, creative activities for kids after school. WonderKids applies national research and evidence-based practices to its structure and activities that are proven to accelerate positive student outcomes, and tracks and reports program impacts on students. |

Additional Benefits Information All eligible employees pay 20% and the employer pays 80% per the Statewide Agreement for health insurance coverage. Eligible employees may elect a free dental plan for themself and eligible family members. Employer-paid term life insurance and long-term disability insurance are provided at 100% for all eligible employees. Retirement plans follow either the Vermont State Teachers Retirement System or the Vermont Municipal Employees Retirement System for all eligible employees. Generous professional development and paid time off are also included. |
